What we collect

This is a single-page site with one action on it: booking a call. We collect two things.

What you give us when you book. Your name, email address, and anything you type into the booking form. Bookings are handled by Calendly, and their handling of your data is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
Anonymous usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which parts of the page they read. This includes approximate location, browser and device type, and the pages viewed. We do not use it to identify you personally.

What we do with it

Booking information is used to hold the call with you and to follow up about it. Usage data is used to improve the page. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services named here.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. Calendly sets cookies when the booking widget loads. This site also stores your light or dark preference in your own browser, which never leaves your device and is not sent to us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The page will still work.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about the work, and afterwards as part of our ordinary business records. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

Your choices

Write to travis@icommstudios.com and ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action it.
