We run our own company on this
iComm has been building for clients since 2005. Three platform eras, a lot of businesses, and a fair amount of learning what actually sticks.
Our own operations run on the same automations we build for clients. A weekly job sweeps every client folder for abandoned work and reports what it finds. Another checks finished client assets for the leftovers nobody cleaned up. Both run on a schedule, both report into Slack, and neither needs anyone to remember them.
We got good at this because we wanted our own week back first.
